About me: I am a data and research professional with 10 years of experience turning ambiguous business problems into models, metrics, and decisions that drive meaningful outcomes, blending data science methods with mixed-methods research. I apply both quantitative and qualitative approaches to uncover the “why” behind complex organizational and behavioral data, not just the “what.”
Technical Expertise: My technical work centers on building reliable data architectures: designing ETL pipelines and SQL-based data integration across disparate, multi-source systems; developing predictive models and forecasts in Python and R; and delivering decision-ready insights through dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. I also lead data quality and governance efforts, building validation frameworks, anomaly detection, and reconciliation processes that strengthen trust in business-critical reporting.
In parallel, I bring deep expertise in mixed-methods research, having led end-to-end studies, from survey design (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) through A/B testing and usability research, that combined quantitative rigor with qualitative depth to inform product and strategic decisions. I have partnered closely with cross-functional teams to translate research findings and complex, multi-source data into executive-ready reporting and storytelling that both technical and non-technical audiences can act on.
